National Cupcake Championships 2016 finalists!!!!!
Yaaay! What an amazing news as we are National Cupcake Championships 2016 finalists!
The delicious cupcake that the judges chose is Coconut Delight. I made it from a fresh coconut, organic coconut flour and coconut sugar among other ingredients. Finally, to decorate I used my yummy home made coulis, chocolate bonbon and chocolate lace. Ooohh and did I mention that it has a cheesecake centre!? Hmmm divine!
This years finals are being held only few days ahead of the National Cupcake Week (19-25 September 2016) in the AB Mauri Centre of Excellence in Corby, Northamptonshire. I can’t wait to see all the other incredible creations and meet the brilliant creators!
